I'm a full-stack engineer with 12+ years of shipping products — most of it hands-on-keyboard, a lot of it as a founder. Right now I'm CTO and co-founder of Airbase, an autonomous hiring platform, where I designed and built the whole system largely solo.

My focus is AI agents that actually act in production — not chatbots. That means a real-time voice agent that conducts video and phone interviews on its own, an in-app assistant that runs real tasks by operating the product through its own API, and LLM pipelines that score and decide with structured, auditable evidence.

I open-sourced the engine behind it — agentside (MIT). It lets an LLM operate any SaaS through the app's own API, as the logged-in user, within their existing permissions. The design decision I'd defend in a fight: the agent never touches your database, so it can't escalate privileges it never had — and it's running in production today, not a demo.

I care about the parts that decide whether a product ships and survives — latency, reliability, the security boundary, and the bill (I cut one document pipeline's cost by ~99%). I move fast — weeks, not months — and own projects end to end, with real product and design sense to match: comfortable in Figma, shipping polished UI, not just backend.
